Recently, I had the opportunity to travel to Italy and I collected visual souvenirs (hundreds of photos!) along the way. The famous landmarks and exquisite art of Italy captured my attention of course, but other “jewels” along the way were also precious to me. A roughly-textured stone wall beside a modern designer storefront; the web of bridges crisscrossing the canals of Venice; the beautiful facets of Murano glass pieces; the brightly-colored houses lining the walkways of Burano; and the swirling waves of the Grand Canal are a few that come to mind.
“Fluid” references the “flow of discovery” when exploring a new destination. I hope it inspires you to reminisce about your past travels and daydream about future ones.
