I like to play with the titles of my paintings, so “Sticks” seemed perfect to me for this one. These candlesticks - whether brass, silver, or glass - created a forest of sparkle in my mind. Is that a stretch? Maybe so, but it’s how my brain works. Sticks in a forest make sense to me!
